Purpose of the PSC: The council is a means for the superintendent to communicate directly with parents about issues that relate to the district as a whole. Dr. Barrett asked representatives to report back to their principals following the meetings, and to communicate the issues to parents at their school. The representatives for Canyon Rim Elementary are M. Scott Murray and Sandi Morgan.
